Description

Great for beginners who want to explore the underwater world for a good cause. You will get 40 minutes training from our guide on the importance of corals and how it provides habitat for the fish and marine species here on the Cozumel coral reefs. You will learn about how fragile this eco-system is and how they are threatened.

Afterwards, you will spend 1 hour exploring our coral nursery and see our restoration work first hand. You can spot many colorful fish species and occassional seahorses, octopuses, crabs and lobsters.

The reef is shallow up to 6m with easy shore swim-up access.  Our meeting point is a short 10-minute taxi ride whether you are coming from Cozumel ferry terminal, downtown Cozumel or Puerto Maya cruise ship terminal.
